Yumenoco ships orders from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
At this time, public online-store shipping is available within Canada only.
U.S. and international shipping will be added only after checkout rates, customs or import duties, tax settings, delivery timelines, return handling, and support coverage are configured and reviewed. If U.S. or international shipping becomes available later, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times can vary during markets, launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or for handmade and small-batch items.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Parcels, such as bags or shirts, usually include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available.
Smaller items, such as stickers and prints, may ship by standard or oversized Lettermail and may not include tracking. Your shipping cost and checkout method should reflect the type of shipping used for your order.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
If your order seems delayed, check the tracking information if tracking was provided. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy.
