This website is operated by Yumenoco. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Yumenoco. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked on the site, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

You agree to use the store for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms or checkout, or use the store in a way that violates applicable laws or Shopify platform rules.

Yumenoco sells small-batch, handmade, hand-printed, illustrated, or art-based products. Product photos and descriptions are provided to show the item as accurately as possible, but colors, placement, texture, print finish, and handmade details may vary slightly from screen to screen or item to item.

All artwork, designs, images, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of the artist or Yumenoco unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchasing a product does not grant reproduction, resale, licensing, commercial use, or derivative-use rights in the artwork.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud review, shipping availability, and our acceptance. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if necessary to correct an error, prevent fraud or misuse, handle inventory issues, or comply with law or platform requirements.

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase, and only if the order has not entered processing or fulfillment.

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and may offer express checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay depending on the active checkout configuration.

Shipping details are governed by our Shipping Policy. Current public shipping is Canada-only. U.S. or international shipping should not be considered available unless checkout clearly offers it and the Shipping Policy has been updated for the relevant destination.

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The store uses Shopify and may include apps or third-party services for payment, checkout, wishlist features, shipping, analytics, marketing, and customer support. Those services may have their own terms or privacy notices.

The site may link to social media pages, event pages, maps, retailers, markets, or other external websites. We are not responsible for external websites or services that we do not control.

We try to keep product, price, event, shipping, and availability information accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yumenoco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products purchased from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
